I have a family member that holds grudges. I guess he still is in a way, it is tearing my family apart and is heartbreaking.

G'morning menu peeps!
Wasn't able to post for a couple of days and missed you guys. I had a cold/flu and it wiped me out. I hadn't been this sick in ages. Like in bed not being able to raise my head, sleeping the whole time and not knowing what day it is. You would think with the sickness and barely eating anything but soups I should be able to lose that last darn 0.6 lb? Nooooooo, hanging on very stubbornly to the last 0.6! Well, I'm more stubborn. My mom used to call me "mule" when I was little and I would not change my mind or not do what I thought I shouldn't do. I'll work on this 0.6 like it's my mission in life.
QOTD: very related to above I guess if I were less stubborn some things would be easier in life because I would let go. But that's not my personality.
My meals for the day, if I can tolerate them:
- Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
- Chicken skewers & parm cheese
- HB eggs + tuna
- snack : scandal-less salted caramel ice cream
Good to be back and reading your posts. Mwah!

Good Morning! I hope you feel better today. At my appt yesterday I was cleared to use the stairmaster and elliptical as long as I don't feel pain while doing so. No running yet and the "hamstring tendon" is still agitated so he wants me to get to PT a few times. He did say if the tightness goes away I can try a slow mile here and there and slowly work my way up to my normal run routine.
Accountability: There was trail mix involved. No bar streak continues.
QOTD: Training my brain that rest days are important and necessary. I mean I "know" it but don't practice it.

Yay! At least you can use the stair master and elliptical so you can get some of your pent up energy out! But be careful and go slow.
