If you're looking for other posters who've dealt with lipidema or APC, you might want to try the search bar for the forums, or using Google to search OH.

Thank you. I'm well supported with lipedema resources. I have searched for APC on this forum already and not gotten any hits -- hense the post.
So, again... hopefully for the last time! I am NOT looking for input on whether or not this is a good idea from folks who have not undergone an APC.
I AM looking to connect with folks who have something personal to share with me about APC. If that is not you, then kindly.... keep replies to yourself!

First off you don't have to be rude to people who are trying to give you information which you are being and secondly if no one has responded regarding APC then 10 to 1 there is no one on this site that has had the procedure done. Plus most insurances do not cover procedures like the APC.
I have seen folks who have had the ROSE or Overstitch procedure done and know of one person in real life who had the overstitch done and weighs more now than she did when she had WLS. And she had a total of 4 WLS's 2 lap bands, the bypass and then the overstitch, but won't admit that she doesn't follow the rules and it is because of her eating and drinking habits that SHE has failed the WLS's.
I will tell you why someone would share that story from my point of view.
As a long-time member of OH (12 years), your anger and evasiveness about how much/what you actual eat leads me (and probably others here) to believe you eat way too much or eat the wrong things which lead to your weight gain.
It sounds like you want the "magic" surgery because you do not want to do the work it takes to lose the weight gain. You need to be honest with yourself and take responsibility. If you do not do that, no revision will help you reach your goal.
I realize the OP has deactivated, but I believe she is still reading this post.

Have you even bothered to click on Julie's links?
The subject you swear you can't find any experiences on in here, APC, returned several responses to Julie's inquiry. Right here on Obesity Help.
You might also remember that you are the one who brought up lipedema. That might be why she attempted to address that for you in a second search.
You've posted your questions and have now made clear that you are looking only for the answer you want.
Somehow I doubt you'll ever have to worry about overly helpful people in here again. It will be interesting to see how that works for you.
