Life is good. 24 more days to work and then 8 days of summer school and I will be done working. RETIREMENT here I come.
QOTD: Nothing special about this weekend. It was quiet and I got to be lazy for the most part. Didn't even get out of my pajamas on Saturday until well after noon. That was nice. Also got to visit with my sister, brother-in-law and one of my nephews (30 yo optometrist) and so enjoyed that also.
Accountability: Did well over the weekend. I did want to walk Saturday but it is a rest day. It was just such a pretty day, seemed a shame to be inside. But given my back problems (which are so much better), figured rest was a good idea.

Water: Should have 14 cups of fluid by the end of the day (I count decaf drinks so 11 cups of pure water and than 3 cups of coffee)
Exercise: Have done 30 lunges, 30 squats and 30 wall push ups. Will do arms this afternoon and some more core and lower body. Am at 8200 steps and will probably get at least 4000 more by the end of the day.
