Good Morning! I cannot believe how cold it is here. Sunny but in the 40's. I had turned my heat off- hello end of April- and woke up to the house temp at 56. Brrrr.
QOTD: Highlight of my weekend- Gym on Saturday- set a new lift record on a conventional deadlift (picking barbell off floor) at 110 pound. Did 70-90 pounds then the 110. Did 3 sets of 5 on the 110. My hamstrings and glutes are letting me know they are aware. Ha. Plus my nephew who lives with me stayed at his moms Saturday night and I get excited to have my house to myself.
Today is already a weird day food-wise... I actually threw out 2 breakfasts because when I stared them down I just couldn't eat them. So I ended up with a piece of toast- Dave's Killa bread, with peanut butter smear. So not something I usually eat but I enjoyed it.
- Protein coffee, toast w/peanut butter
- turkey on lite rye, watermelon
- shrimp with zoodles
- S: protein, pumpkin muffins, salad
ex: gym maybe yoga

It was 52 degrees in my classroom this morning. I forgot to turn the air conditioning off and the heat on Friday afternoon before leaving. Brrrr

morning everyone!
My weekend was nice, kind of boring/relaxing on Saturday just hanging out avoiding the weather that was terrible- slushy snowstorm all day!
yesterday Story and I went to my sister's house and just hung out. She convinced me to do her BeachBody workout with her and it was pretty brutal LOL...my legs are killing me today, like every time i go to the bathroom I kind of have to just fall onto the toilet seat because my legs won't lower me slowly LOL. I also borrowed a Beach Body PIYO DVD set from her and I am planning to start that tonight as long as my muscles cooperate.
QOTD: my sister gave me her HBO login/password so I actually got to watch the new season of GOT! I binged the first 2 episodes last night after I got home and I plan on watching the new one tonight after my workout. I am super excited!
despite the hard-core workout yesterday, I did not eat great...there were too many mixed nuts and I ate a slice of pizza for dinner since we stayed later than we expected. I didn't even enter anything into MFP because I was being lazy, but I'm sure I was way over my calories for the day.
Back on track today!
Morning: coffee w/ 1/4 PP shake and sf coffeemate hazelnut
B: fried egg and chicken sausage and slice of cheddar on low carb bread
L: turkey chili w/ 1tbsp sour cream
D: broccoli salad w/Chicken breast

Morning everyone ~ Home with a migraine and just now able to open both eyes and have lights on. It's a dreary rainy Monday - At least some of my migraines are triggered by weather and this one was building up since yesterday. Other triggers are hormonal and glare. I don't know which kind is worse, I think the glare ones hurt the most. Anyway they are the worst when I wake up with them cause I have no chance to get ahead of it with meds and have to suffer. Since I'm home I am finally going to watch Mary Queen of Scots.
QOTD - I had a wonderful weekend! We celebrated our anniversary (1st!) on Saturday it was perfect! Yesterday was all about Endgame and GoT - OMG I could not breathe during either! Both were incredibly exciting and emotional, just awesome.
Accountability - I enjoyed half a ****tail, half a glass of wine and some cake for our anniversary. I thoroughly enjoyed every sip and every bite! Otherwise, all was well.
B- coffee x 3, scrambled eggs
l- BBQ chicken breast
d-BBQ chicken breast
snack - beef jerky
