What's on you Monday menu, RNYers?
We are getting ready to pull our camper out. I can't wait to get in there and give it a good cleaning. Looking forward to many trips this summer.

We are leaving Thursday to go to northern Illinois for a meeting and then to Chatham to work for a week. Then we head to Camp Indicoso at Springville,Indiana for 3 weeks and then across tjhe state to Goshen,Indiana to work for 3 weeks at Bashor Childrens Home. Then we come home for 3 days and go back to Chatham to be volunteer coordinators for 5 weeks. Keeps us busy but we love camping so its all fun.
Mornin' All!
Well, my weight is still at holiday level - no surprise after two weeks of a lot of eating out. NO MORE! My schedule for the next two weeks is pretty sparse, so I'm going to REALLY focus on reigning in my eating, which shouldn't be too hard since I'll be eating at home. YAY! I haven't been cleared for exercise yet, but I can walk - so I'll do some of that, too.
it's a miserable rainy day today, so I may stick around the house and read or watch a couple of movies.
QOTD: my whole weekend was great (I was in Chicago for most of it), but the best part was Saturday morning and early afternoon when I was in the city with two of my cousins (the rest of it I was out in the 'burbs with one of the two - which was great, too - but I love being in the city!!)
3 years 10 months out:
B: homemade coconut Greek yogurt with 1/3 mango, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: sweetened/whipped cottage cheese with strawberries
AS: light yogurt or maybe a couple of crackers with hummus
D: protein pancakes?? (I need to take some meat out of the freezer! We don't have much in the way dinner food ready to go!)
have a great day, all!
Focus on lots of protein for healing and don't be hard on yourself.
Also drink your water!

Happy Monday, everybody. I had one vitamin left today in my jar of 90. I'm kind of obsessing about it this morning. I can't imagine that some day I only took only one vitamin and I don't remember dropping one. But now I am tempted to look under my dresser to seek it. But even if I find it do I really want a dirty, dusty bariatric vitamin merely for the sake of symmetry? Whats worse is that since I had to take one from the next jar, the same thing will happen in 45 days and I probably won't remember why I have an odd number of vitamins.
It stopped snowing and is now pouring rain. We have heard that the weather in Kentucky should be beautiful for the Derby next weekend, so I will happily trade a rainy Monday for a sunny derby day.
55 Burpees. I did death by Burpees this morning since it is 10 minutes to get to 55. (one first minute, two second minute, etc.)
QOTD: Probably that when I went pants shopping on Friday the sales lady tried to put me in a 34.
Breakfast: turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Work lunch probably chicken or beef
Snack: Light and fit
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all.

Of course you are probably right but why pass up the chance to construct elaborate scenarios in which it is my fault?
