What's on your Photo Friday Menu?
You are too kind, Em!
Very true, and for so many years I was always behind the camera. Never wanting to be in the pics. Now I'm making up for all those years.

Good morning!
weight is down again today, hooray!
Last night we saw School of Rock at the Orpheum and it was amazing! Tonight is "me" night, I'll likely stop at my friends' house where my grow lights are set up to collect my pepper plants and then come home and plant my tomatoes and peppers, and then treat myself to a spa night and sappy movie.
Qotd: babysitting as early as age 11, but my first "real" job was at Taco John's, and I worked there all through high school and college. Then I managed a Sears Portrait studio until they closed down while I was also substitute teaching right out of college. I've also been a bank teller, and now I'm tech support for LinkedIn :)
breakfast: Greek L&F, taking a Slimfast to drinknon my way in to work
lunch: pulled chicken on the menu, I'll have salad with it
dinner: on my own and busy. Maybe another slimfast?
photos of my spinach and my sugar snap peas are starting to sprout

Good morning everybody. We forgot to talk about the NFL draft yesterday, LOL. I haven't heard any complaints from those forced to watch it today. I think that all of the football widows have kids in the house, so they couldn't walk around semi-clothed to test how obsessed their husbands were.
Early start for me today, I had a 7:15 board meeting for a non-profit that I serve on. The Board meeting is in the town where i live, so I'm working from home today. Will try and run a few errands and get in an early gym trip this afternoon if my schedule allows.
52 Burpees, but I'm only half way done.
OOPS I FORGOT TO ADD MY PICTURES FROM UTAH
QOTD: I was a caddy for 5 years, worked at three different supermarkets (checkout, produce, deli and dairy), accounts payable in college and CPA since.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Brisket
Snack: light and fit
Dinner: TBD, maybe lamb.
Have a great day, all.

Thank you. He went back, not a protein source.
I meant to comment yesterday, you are right to keep lifting heavy - ignore him.

Thanks for the encouragement Jim. It reminds me that I want to be more in tune with my clients' goals and needs when I'm training.
What kind of fish is it? And don't you eat fish...?

Its Brown Trout, they are catch and release in many places just to preserve the fishery. I do like to eat most all fish.
