What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning!
Tonight we are seeing School of Rock at the Orpheum Theater as part of our broadway series season passes. I'm very excited!
This weekend DH and I are going to my hometown for a city-wise used book sale and then stopping at my favorite dive Mexican place for tacos. We invited a coworker friend but he backed out and I am more disappointed about it than I properly should be because I have a bit of a schoolgirl crush on this coworker (absolutely nothing will come of it of course, I told DH about it and now he teases me about it when I thought he'd be upset!)
Qotd: oh man, the technology for sure! The Internet! Smart phones! Our politically correct society...I can't even fathom this!
menu: coffee this morning, and a Greek L&F
lunch: I forgot to check the menu--salad bar if it's nothing I'm interested in
dinner: I made a pan of "hot pie" for Sunday's Game of Thrones and our usual crowd didn't show up, so we've been working on it for dinners. It's basically beef pot pie with cubed steak. There is a thin crust, but not enough that I'm bothered by eating it.
I did well yesterday. I did want a snack mid-afternoon, but I had 2 hard boiled eggs with sriracha instead of the cheeze-it's I've been indulging in :/

Good morning~ I have meetings all morning that start soon so I gotta get moving, but first things first! My sister ended up cancelling our meet yesterday for drinks and tappas, While my plan was to not to drink or eat I was worried I'd cave so that is a short term win, but I don't want to always fear going out. It'**** or miss sometimes so I tend over plan, but rarely plan to go without like yesterday. This weekend is our first wedding anniversary and I've got the whole thing planned as to the restaurant and menu already and should be fine, if I just stick to the plan!!
QOTD - I think the fact that 28 years has passed would be shocking! The 28 years of instant aging in myself, family, friends -everyone everywhere would blow my mind. And Oh, like Jim said, what happened to everyone's hair? Haha, doesn't anyone use hairspray anymore?
accountability - good, no bars or extra anything
2 years, 5 mo
b/l- coffee x 3 - not feeling food right now, or lunch for that matter. I have HB eggs, beef jerky and tuna, but I'm not interested at all in anything
d-planned baked chicken, now this does appeal to me for later but we'll see
v/l - on track
Have a good day!

hey everyone!
I am trying to get my post in before noon today LOL...
My voice is still being stupid and it's irritating me because I really want to start filming my vlogs but if I can't speak it's pointles LOL.
I hope it's better by next week...
My sister and I are talking about maybe taking the kids to the Zoo on Sunday. it's supposed to be sunny but only a high of 50...I think it will be OK though, as long as everyone has jackets!
QOTD: of course ALL the technology would be super overwhelming, and like Sheila said, seeing your grown children...but nobody has mentioned the Donald Trump being president thing...I mean honestly, who would have EVER seen that coming back then?! I STILL feel like it's a big weird joke sometimes.
