Veterans: How do you keep it off and avoid regain?

I think you brought up a good point of figuring out a routine of what you enjoy doing. I ran for the first time last week in like 14 years (jog, stop, jog, stop) and my groin hurt for a week.

For most of us walking works just as well as running and is a LOT safer and gentler . (((())))

My most honest answer would be eating fat free ( largely ) of course when I eat out or at friends homes there's ample fat served lol.

I find I can cook and bake just about anything without fat ... and it's just as tasty and healthy.

I also like to grow and harvest my own veggies and herbs and lettuce and I find I need to eat less when the nutrients are direct from the garden and at their peak of flavor and ripeness.
