Whoo hoo! That is awesome! Isn't it interesting when you are going to drop big $ and the person/business can't be bothered to do what's needed to get it? I don't need get it, especially when it's a commissioned based business! When I had a sales/commission role, I was all over it!

hey guys!
I am late, I know, but I've not had a chance to post for a few days. I've been sick with a bad cold and then had to fill in for a co-worker who was out so it's been busy...but I've been tracking my food in MFP and keeping myself accountable.
QOTD: I can talk for a long time about fashion and makeup LOL...I am one of those weirdos who actually kind of enjoys public speaking as long as it's something I know about. I could also do lots of different kinds of art/drawing/painting/craft type demonstrations and presentations.
Morning: coffee w/1/4 Caramel PP
B: 2 chopped up HB eggs mixed w/ 1/4C cottage cheese and EBB seasoning
L: turkey taco salad w/cheese, tomato, onion and 1 tbsp sour cream
AS: L&F greek yogurt
D: 4oz chicken breast & lemon garlic broccoli
ES: 1oz cashews
Have a wonderful day everyone!

Hello! Been a while since I've posted, though I creep around here in the evenings. I've been keeping busy and trying to be offline more so I can be more "present" in my life.
I bought a bicycle and have been riding the trails in the mornings for cardio and really buckling down on my eating. There are a ton of free snacks and junk here at work and I'd been caving too frequently and my weight was going in the wrong direction, but I'm coming back down. I'd like to be under 200 this summer.
qotd: gardening, probably!
breakfast: slimfast caramel latte
lunch: 4 oz swordfish and 1/2 C roasted zucchini
dinner: out for DH's birthday! I'm not sure where we're heading yet, but I'll make a good choice

Good to see you here! What kind of bike did you get? I need to get off my butt and get one but haven't done it yet.

I got a Specialized bike that's more for leisurely trail riding. There are a lot of trails near my house, and one will dump me off at the farmers market, so I made sure to get a cute basket for my bike also, so I can bring home my market goodies!
Im a bit shaky on the bike--it's true that it's "just like riding a bike" in that I can stay upright, But apparently not with the same expert skill I had at age 11 :P

I'd definitely sign up to hear the presentation on barbecuing if there were samples. Your handiwork always looks so yummy!
