What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Woohoo! Already Wednesday!
My PT place called and had a cancelation so I was able to have my first PT session yesterday after school. My shoulder is definitely sore this morning. Hoping for more cancellations so I can get more sessions in before I go back to the doctor. Because I went to PT I wasn't able to help plant the garden so we plan on doing it this afternoon when I get home.
Accountability: I didn't eat my overnight oats for breakfast yesterday. I didn't feel hungry for breakfast. I did have 11 M&Ms though.
QOTD: You have 10 minutes to prepare a one hour lecture on the topic of your choice. What topic do you know extensively enough to pick? I could probably talk about 5th-grade math for an hour without much preparation especially since it is so different from the way I learned it! I might have to include a question and answer session to fill time. LOL
TSS: 1 year and 3-months/ 160.5 pounds
B: overnight oats
MS: cookies and cream protein shake
L: pork taco - no shell or wrap and blueberries
AS: ½ apple and cheese
D: ham, asparagus and a spoonful of scalloped potatoes - the last of the leftovers
Lots of water/crystal light and all vitamins

Good morning menu friends! Quick post as I have an early appointment. No walk yet for Lily and I but we'll try later at lunch time if there's a break in the rain. We'll(or at least I) will take a second after supper. Somedays she skips the second walk--she is 10 after all. The vet says her arthritis which is severe due to being overbred would probably be debilitating to her without her exercise. She is stiff when getting down but can romp like a puppy most days. QOTD can't think of anything I know enough about to talk for an hour. Accountability good bith food and stepwise. Weight is 124. Heres the food B1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz seafood salad D 4 oz pork loin grilled. Have a great day full of amazing choices everyone! Time for coffee!!
Good Morning Beth and Menu Family!
QOTD: What a great question, Bethmal! I think I would choose breeding freshwater angelfish. I did that for a while and enjoyed it a lot. There's quite a bit that I could talk about from setting up the aquarium to tending the eggs and raising the baby fry and feeding them newly-hatched baby brine shrimp.
Accountability: Not very good. Saralisa bought us chinese food. I only ate half of mine, but it was still a lot of calories.
B: 3 strips bacon, light & fit Greek yogurt, peanut butter banana bread
L: 170 calorie microwave meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: the other half of my chinese food
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning!!! Happy hump day and it's actually my friday. After today I'm off until the 2nd as I have some family coming to visit. I'm super excited and stressed both. I have about 10 hours of meetings before that though.
qotd - great question - I can give an hour long presentation on global sales and logistics processes in my sleep (I give this one a couple of times a quarter). For a more fun topic, I would put together a presentation on how to plan a fun trip to location of your choice!
menu
b - cin raisin cottage cheese
l - 4 oz ever roast and 1 oz cheddar
d - tbd, not sure when the visitors arrive - if they are here for dinner will probably get a salad with protein somewhere; if they are not will probably have move ever roast and cheese
s -L&F greek
ex - unk - would like to get a walk in but depends on the day. They are all big walkers so I do see daily walks in my future which is great because I'm still finding all the cool walking paths.
have a great Wednesday all

I'd sign up for 'How to Plan a Fun Trip at a Location of My Choice' talk! I am just now getting around to making our camping schedule and most campgrounds are booked already - I started too late. Looks like we will be doing the state parks circuit this summer!

Good morning, everybody. Spring has finally come to Chiberia. I looked out the window this morning and all of a sudden all of the trees and bushes have leaves, flowers or buds, and the grass has turned green.
Its been a long, cold winter and hopefully we will have a great summer to make up for it.
50 Burpees - half way there.
QOTD: I can (and do) speak for an hour on numerous topics related to taxation of mergers and acquisitions of corporate entities and certain international aspects of such taxation. Believe it or not, there are no groupies.
Breakfast: Bratwurst
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Catered, probably chicken
Snack: Light and fit
Dinner: hamburger
Have a great day, all!
