What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Dreary morning here in Northern RI.
The scale is not my friend, but the puffy feet let me know it's the Easter ham. Will try for 120 oz peach tea today.
QOTD: blue and cranberry shades for clothing. In my home I wasn't afraid of color, sage, smokey gray, burgundy, salmon and blues. Here in the apartment I can't paint, so I use accessories in those same colors to help the blandness.
2 yr 7mo out
B Coffee by the gallon, egg scramble
L: chicken salad on lettuce
D: More chicken, steamed spinach
S: Homemade yogurt, blueberries

Good morning! We are getting some heat here and highs are expected to be mid-90 the next few days. I have a jam packed morning of calls and then heading out to a dr appt this afternoon. Today is my appt with the sports med dr to talk about my hamstring(not exactly sure if that is the whole issue?) so I'll see what he has to say. I did run this morning so I'd be able to describe the pain better.

My husband is like you. He gets grumpy when he is off his routine.
I approach my wogging as a chore, if I don't have to do it or if I have an excuse...yippee!!
