What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
It's a bright sunny Tuesday morning here. A good day to have a good day!
We didn't get the garden planted yesterday because DH spent all day on his building. He painted it and put shutters on it. We will plant the garden after work today.
QOTD: What is your favorite color? I love to wear purples and pinks because it makes me feel girly. In my house, I have greyish green tones, it has a nice calming effect and of course, outside I love all the different shades of greens of the trees and flowers that are blooming.
TSS: 1 year and 3 months/weight 161 pounds
B: overnight oats
MS: protein shake
L: ham and asparagus then blueberries
AS: 1/2 apple and cheese
D: Pork soft taco with cilantro lime cauliflower rice
Lots of water and crystal light and all vitamins.
Have a great one!

Mornin'!
OK - I'm still 5 lbs up this morning, so serious crackdown starts today before this gets out of hand! Unfortunately, I have lunch out today (I think this gain is mostly due to all the restaurant eating I've done the last couple of weeks), but I noticed they have a half sandwich + cup of soup or chili special at lunch, so that's what we will be getting...
QOTD: I don't really have a favorite and tend to go for different colors or color combos depending on what we're talking about (e.g. home decor/paint vs clothes), but with clothes, I tend to drift towards blues, greens, teals. Although I also seem to own a lot of burgundy and rose-colored clothes, too.
3 years 10 months out:
B: homemade coconut Greek yogurt with 1/3 mango, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich on multi-grain bread, cup of chili or soup
AS: light yogurt with raspberries
D: leftover BBQ
have a great day, all!

Good morning, everybody. My daughter flew back to school and left her keys at our home. Poor kid. Her college is about an hour and a half away from the airport that she flies into, so she had to take an Uber from the airport to her apartment and then tonight will have to get a ride back to the airport and then drive her car back to the college from the airport.
And one of her friends had waited for a few hours in the airport to catch a ride with my daughter last night. She had an even longer day. Fortunately they are fallback safely at school.
49 Burpees.
QOTD: Probably blue. clothes are the pretty standard male colors (blue, grey, black, tan). For ties I like purple.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Turkey
Snack: Light and Fit
Dinner: Bratwurst
Have a great day, all.

G'morning all!
Well, I am driving a rental Nissan until the car we want is found (see my post from yesterday for all the background story). It's a cute little car, but I feel too low to the ground being used to drive an SUV. We have rented it for a week with the option to extend if needed.
QOTD: RED!! It's been my favorite color since I was born. I have a lot of red, and all of its hues in my clothing. Whenever it was up to me my car has been red! For the house though I think red overwhelms. My kitchen for example is all yellow and cobalt blue.
Accountability:detox 100%
My easter detox menu continues. We have so many dyed hb eggs that I think I can eat hb eggs for a whole month without having to make them.
- Premier protein
- Chicken skewers
- HB eggs
Happy Tue, everyone!

Good morning, everyone! Ooof, we had house guests for the last 5 days so I have been a cooking machine (for 8 people) but didn't eat terribly, considering. Kris' parents are actually Jehovah's Witness so no Easter holiday here! (though don't fear, my step kids get an elaborate Easter basket at their mom's so they're not totally missing out!). Though, not sure any of them need 18 candy bars and a chocolate rabbit, but hey, at least it wasn't in my house to tempt me! I literally didn't have a single piece of Easter candy or dessert.
Everyone left last night and I woke up super early today and already made my trek to Giant to pick up more Ever Roast chicken! The poor deli woman who has to thinly slice my 1.25 lbs lol.
B: Cottage cheese mashed up with two hard-boiled eggs and tons of Everything But the Bagel seasoning
L: Ever Roast chicken and munster cheese (4 oz + 2 oz)
D: Meeting a friend out and she wants Mexican at a place with picnic tables outside (it will be 80+ here today). I know I will have some chips, and the insides of either fish or shrimp tacos
E: Nothing today, but I did go to the gym 3x while everyone was here. It's nice to take "me" time!
Have a great day, everyone!

A couple weeks ago, I found my dream deli guy - he shaved me a pound in NO time and it was perfect! There is a girl there also that I dread.... she is painfully slow and it takes her forever - poor thing. I've passed up getting it a few times for that reason... ugh!

One of the Safeway's here has automated their slicer - the deli person puts the lb and the slice and then it goes super fast. Sadly, it's not the store nearest me!
