What's on your menu (Wednesday) RNYers?

porch decisions made and emailed to the contractor this morning. YAY!! I'm glad that's over! I'm meeting some friends at a sushi place for lunch, then I'm off to Chicago for an overnight (post-op with the plastic surgeon tomorrow morning). I'm taking a friend with me since DH is has appts all day today (and he works about an hour away), and I didn't want to get that late of a start. So....my friend is going. She's all excited about it. Hopefully the rain will stay away so we can do some things in the city tonight and tomorrow!
accountability was good yesterday, but my weight is back up to my holiday level. Ugh. I *really* have to work at this while making sure my protein intake is around 150 (for healing). Part of this might just be water, but I'm not sure. At any rate, I need to be really careful, since there will be a lot of restaurant eating the next couple of days, plus this weekend (girls' weekend!)
3 years 10 months out:
B: protein pancakes topped with 1/3 C plain Greek yogurt and homemade blueberry/blackberry compote, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: sushi roll
AS: I'll be on the road - I have a couple of protein bars with me just in case
D: hopefully at a Middle Eastern restaurant!! If so, probably chicken kabobs (and some hummus - but not too much!!)

Jen, drinking right at the start of the morning? Tsk tsk tsk! I can relate to those meetings where you wanna strangle them through the phone.
QOTD: is it bad that I don't have a theme song? Most of the time my attitude adjustment is internal because I need to adjust it while I'm with other people. When I was serious about running though, to pump myself up I listened to eye of the tiger. I pictured myself like Rocky running and going up those steps. That was the only song that got my legs running faster.
Accountability : 100% on plan
My meals for the day:
- TONS of coffee and tea
- Costco chicken skewer
- Tuna + hb eggs
- Yogurt & parm cheese

haha I almost said Eye of the tiger too...every time it comes on now I can't help think about the clip from Supernatural where Dean Winchester is in the backseat of his car and he's fist pumping lol it's the best!
