I told one of my friends that I was going to get skates and he told me "there are things we really shouldn't do at our age"...and then I pointed out that's he's older than me so skates it is, lol!
(and a helmet and pads because I am old)

hey everyone...late post, but I am here.
Just a busy morning at work, Ill have to come back later and read more thoroughly.
QOTD: I need to get my bike out of the shed and see if it still works LOL! I haven't really ridden it for about 10 years and I don't know if the tires are even any good...but I would really love to go on some bike rides with Story this summer. Also interested in MAYBE trying jogging a little if I can find the time to do it. Evenings are impossible with Story unless DH is home--maybe Tuesdays, fridays or sunday mornings would work. I'd like to try one of those "couch to 5K" plans, but I don't really have time to do it every day so not sure how that works. I think I might like to run but I've never really tried it, embarrassingly.
Morning: lots of coffee, 1/2 Caramel PP
B: slice of low carb banana bread, 1 kiwi fruit
L: tuna creations packet, HB egg, 6 slices of cucumber, 8 baby carrots and 2tbsp hummus
AS: L&F greek yogurt
D: spaghetti squash q/meatballs & marinara
ES: Halo Top cinnamon swirl

I may get some strange looks doing them in the hotel gym in Park City this week, but if the fitness center has a cushioned floor, I'm going for it.
We are attending a wedding Memorial Day weekend but I think I will be in town Thursday, hopefully we can get coffee or lunch while you are visiting. I should know definitively within a few more weeks.
