Quick post for me too as its time to start getting hubby moving. Accountability yesterday good step and foodwise. Weight today 123.6. Lily and I have done our loop once and will do it at least 2 more times plus a 3 mile park walkbefore supper. She just loves the hiking trail there and has a smile on her sweet goofy face everyday when we get home from our walk! She is without a doubt my motivation to keep moving. Heres the food plan for today Bprotein pancake with sugarfree syrup and peanut butter1/2 T L 4 oz deli meat and cheese D 4 oz burger patty with cheese S grapes and string cheese at breaktime. I've been doing good with not snacking at bedtime when I do during the day. Have a great day everyone and make some amazing choices! Time for coffee!
Morning! I'm at work today and tired after having two sick this weekend. I took a sick day yesterday with them. Today is my younger daughters 10th birthday. I hope she feels well for the day at school!
My Food:
- Onion, Asparagus, Salmon Frittata with Garlic Herb Boursin Cheese
- Chicken & Cheese Enchilada made w/ a low-carb wrap & black beans
- Sweet Potato hash w/ cheese and sour cream
- Cottage cheese & granola, Apple w/ PB
I'll be doing a 45 minute run on my lunch break. This will be my first run since Saturday. Sunday was a rest day after my race and yesterday I skipped because I didn't want to run with only 2-3 hours of sleep.

Thanks! I subscribe to a meal plan service (they send the recipes, I buy and cook food). It's called WorkWeekLunch. They are more carby than bariatrics or diabetes normally allows so I make changes to them where needed. It's really opened up my options!
