Good morning menu friends! Still sitting here in the camper behind the church in Hillsboro, Missouri. Lily and I had a great walk yesterday and accountability was spot on both food and step wise. Weight today is 122.8 so getting closer to 120 again. It is so much harder to lose weight now--hopefully I'll remember that next time I'm tempted to go off track! Weighing every single day is really crucial for me--and posting on here too. If I write it down I can't fool myself. Lily and I have done a short walk already and will try to fit 2 more short and a long walk in as well if weather permits. The long walk may be iffy because its drizzling and rained hard all night so we probably won't do the hiking trail--since the water runs down the middle of it --and may just do the path around the edge of the park several times instead. We will get in wharever we can though because Lily and I both feel better when we move. QOTD Lily,my knitting and a container for water. I'd like to put coffee on there too though! Sorry it's crucial. Heres todays food B 2/3 c earnest eats hot cereal L 4 oz crab salad D one house special egg foo young patty with foo gravy.S if needed sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. I wasn't really hungry last night so I skipped the snack. Have a great Sunday full of smart and conscious choices everyone!

Morning all! I finally got a morning to sleep in a bit and I made it all the way to 8:00. Not bad considering that the cats don't have snooze alarms! DW is still snoring away which will be good for her.

Yesterday was a very busy but good day. It started very early and I met my trainer and observed as he trained 5 different cyber clients. I learned alot and really enjoyed it and look forward to doing it myself soon. The real problem was that I set my alarm for 4:30 to get up, get ready and make a SB run before the first session at 6:00. One of my cats has started knocking my alarm clock off my bedside table during the day into the tight crack between the table, the bed and the wall, which is a REAL pain. When I set my alarm on Friday night, I didn't check the time, just set the alarm. SOMEHOW the current time on the clock got moved ahead one hour, so that when the alarm went off at 4:30, it was actually 3:30!!! I didn't notice that until I put my FitBi****ch back on after my shower...argh!!! D@$! cat!

Signed out of workout-land about 9:00 and ran home to pick up DW and we ran errands -- TJ's, Walmart, Target, and then lunch (steak and collards!). When I got home, there were SO many household things to do, laundry, dishes, cleaning.... I was just about to sit down to study for my cert when DW decided she wanted to go for a walk. I really want to encourage that, so I dropped everything and we drove to the lake and took a walk (very slow & short with several stops, but she was moving and out of the house!). Finally back to the house and I sat on the porch and studied until my brain shut down. We crawled in bed and streamed A Star is Born on Prime. I enjoyed it, especially the music.

Today I really want to get another chapter done on my cert. My goal is to pass the exam in another 4-6 weeks and I need to keep pushing! Also the house feels filthy so there has to be some vacuuming in the day somewhere. Also want to make some Spring/Easter sugar cookies to take to the "kids" at work. It would also be nice to take a hike or a long run in between the rain showers but this might have to be a "passive recovery" day!

Accountability: yes, I admit that there was a KK mini blueberry cruller in my day...not a good choice...

Menu:

B: lots of coffee thus far.

I have leftover steak that I'll make into a steak salad w/ spinach.

Maybe a TJ's cauliflower crust pizza with added meat & veg.

Ok, time to get moving!

QOTD: Assuming there will be adequate WLS-friendly foods on the island (if there weren't, that'd take up way more than three choices!), I'd take a year's supply of Greek yogurt (in case whoever stocked the island forgot..), coffee, and my laptop!

Good morning! Feeing sore this morning after a day of tilling, bending, lifting, etc, but it's such a prideful kind of sore. I got the garden tilled, broccoli planted out, and structures in place to map out where things are going, such as my pea trellis and cucumber arch. Today I'll direct sow peas and beans. Pics attached.

qotd: my kindle, my cat Selina (the other two would do fine with someone else, but she is wholly my baby lol), and a sturdy tarp. I can use it for shelter and to collect rainwater.

Breakfast: coffee and Greek L&F

lunch: cucumber slices and hummus, tuna packet

dinner: Cornish hen, roast Brussels sprouts and 2 Oreos for dessert. It's Game of Thrones premier night so the Oreos are the game of thrones themed ones and the hens are "roast crow." Themed dinner lol
