Whats on your (Photo) Friday menu, RNYers?
Good morning, everybody. Its finally Friday! I have a number of calls today, so I think that I will work from home.
The weekend is mostly errands and gym. I am heading out to Utah next week to tour University of Utah with my son, so I'm trying to get all of my little odds and ends wrapped up.
I had 25 unexpected Burpees at the gym last night, so I spent a couple of hours rationalizing how I could count them towards todays 38 and just do an extra 13 today - (It was already Friday in Europe after all). Anyways, I couldn't get there, so I turned up China Cat Sunflower on Youtube and did my 38 in about 4 minutes 10 seconds of strain.
QOTD: I love to read. Always paper and preferably hard cover. Generally, fiction written before 1940 and history. I have not been to the library since our kids were younger. I also need to read quite a lot for work. It is excruciatingly boring material, I am not going to lie about that.
I stalk Ebay for Easton Press and Folio Limited editions as well.
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Snack: protein bar
Lunch: soup and salad
Snack: PB fit
Dinner: Fish
Have a great day, all.

Happy Friday everyone! Post and run for me right now, I'll have to come back and read everything later!
QOTD: I love reading...it's one of my top 5 favorite things in the world! I should have been a librarian (it's so strange to me the extremely high number of librarians we have on this site! I don't think I've known any other librarians til I started coming here!) I read mostly on my Kindle paper white these days but I love just having physical books. We have a lot of bookshelves in our house, filled with our favorites. we had to get rid of a lot before we moved because even with 6 bookshelves, they were too full to even see all the books. We also have a decal on the wall in the living room that says "read more". I also listen to lots of audio books since I have a long commute to work. I have audible and I also download audio books from the library through the Overdrive app on my phone.
I'll post a pic of my "Outfit of the day" from my fashion post this morning--you can see some of the bookshelves and the wall decal behind me haha.
Morning: coffee w/ 1/4 PP as creamer--then I got a large iced coffee at dunkin this morning as a special treat!
B: low carb banana bread, 1 small kiwi
L: leftover chicken korma w/peas and cauliflower rice
AS: HB egg
D: I think DH is making salmon tonight, probably with mixed veggies
ES: L&F greek yogurt & pretzels
Have a fabulous day and wonderful weekend my friends!

Yes, I make them using protein powder and eggbeaters. The stats are awesome and they taste pretty good - though yours probably taste way better!
