morning friends.
I almost forgot to post this morning, spacing out at my desk because it's actually NOT busy and thinking I forgot something lol...
QOTD: my goals are to stick to my plan and not have any extra snacks. I've tended to grab a protein bar here and there over the past couple of days just to tide me over because I am feeling actual hunger...strange, and at least it's not a terrible choice, but I need to make sure I plan it into my daily calories or I will never get rid of these last 5lbs. ugh.

L: sweet & spicy tuna packet w/Cucumber slices, 8 baby carrots w/2tbsp garlic hummus

Good morning~Late post - putting out people fires early today - leftover from yesterday. I wish I were a duck so that stupid crappy stuff would just roll off my back....I just don't understand people sometimes, as in WTH is wrong with them? Enough said.
As Janet pointed out busy, stressful days make it SO easy to find an excuse to not take care of ourselves in the best way. Yesterday I used this as an excuse not go tot he gym and to overeat at dinner (on plan, but more than planned...) That said - my intentions for today is to channel/learn "duck ways" let things go, work harder and be better and NOT use them an an excuse to de-rail even a little.

I can relate to stress caused by other people this week. I've got some employees with intense personal issues going on and then the ones that well...just don't always "adult" well. I wish I could focus more energy on the ones with what I consider legit issues instead of having to divert some of my energy on the latter.

Sorry you are dealing with this too! I wish people would just behave and do what they are supposed to do - at least at work - go be a nut case on your own time!
