What's on your Thursday menu RNY'ers?
Ugh, I would have gone back to 260 lbs if I worked where you are, Janet. Sweets are my kryptonite.

Offering up mine - due to a Bad shoulder. Mine use a flat bench, so I don't put full pressure on my shoulder. Stand tall. Hands on the bench. Legs back, small pushup and legs spring forward (feet shoulder width apart). Stand tall, squeeze glutes. Repeat. Those are mine. I also do them on a smith machine (actually like that better).

Good morning, everybody. I am back from Los Angeles. It was nice to have a couple of days of nice weather but now I am back to cold and possibly snowy Chicago. I have a pretty busy day today filled with calls and meetings.
I much prefer traveling in the middle of the week so that I come back on a Friday or Thursday. Coming home on a Wednesday and then back into the middle of the week is tough.
It doesn't feel like Friday eve, but if today goes smoothly I may work from home tomorrow.
Goals for the day are to make it to the gym tonight and not eat anything after 7:30.
37 Burpees this morning. 35 and 36 in California.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Pork
Snack: Light and Fit
Dinner: Chili
Have a great day, all.

Good morning everyone -- still snowing here but it's not as bad as expecting. I do have 8 hours of back to back conference calls so I decided that I am working from home today, even though I could get in. Just not worth the drive to lock myself behind closed doors in the office!
Accountability - yesterday I had an extra L&F and a Premier as a hot chocolate night cap, neither were planned.
Menu today:
Usual coffee, tea, water, half and half mixture
B - 4 oz ever roast, 1 slice cheddar cheese
L - small apple and 2 tbs peanut butter
D - 4 oz turkey breast
S - L&F greek
EX - well, I put on my sports bra while i was still wet so technically I got my work out in! I do have two pilates classes back to back tonight and I'm about to go shovel some snow, plus those darn burpees. Exercise is a definite check for today.
V/M - on track
Have a tremendous Thursday all

Good morning!
Small pouch day for me yesterday, alert the media!! Didn't take in all I planned, but that means protein was lower than I like.
Today I intend to stick to my new goals of posting every day, sticking to my menu plan, and trying to get my steps to 7000! (migraines and Lyme arthritis keep this questionable)

B Coffee w/sf coffeemate, turkey br sausage
L tuna, lettuce, tomato, low fat mayo w/cider vinegar, spices
D leftover baked chicken, broccoli
S homemade 1% yogurt, blueberries
