What's on your Wednesday menu, RNY'ers?
Pants should be an easy fix, just a matter of replacing the zipper from the sounds of it. I would never have safety pins in my purse. I was a girl scout leader at one time, go figure.

Good morning! It is a nice day in Florida after a very muggy one yesterday. Today about 7 from our walking group are going out to lunch. Two of them leave in the next few days including my SIL.
QOTD: No therapy now. The only time I went was after DD died for a few months.
Accountability: Not great on day 9 of being on the meal plan wagon due to a dinner/dance, but it was worth it.
3 year post-op - post maintenance, trying to lose regain.
Always lots of coffee...
B: Eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: fish (out to lunch)
D: Leftover taco stuffed pepper
S: cottage cheese

Getting here late today - QOTD - big believer that it's required and not even a choice. The head stuff that gets us to SMO is just too big. We didn't just drink a few extra cokes and eat a pizza a week to get here. We have real stuff to deal with and that takes someone who understands food related and emotional related issues. Love my guy, he takes me places I never would have explored on my own. Even after two years - we are still breaking new ground on my issues.
HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)

Late check-in for me, but the day started out with busy and just kept going...
I did get in a wonderful walk at lunch and just finished a cyber workout with my trainer, so exercise was good. Also did really well with protein. It helps when I add in a shake even though it doesn't fill me up like dense protein does. I also got in my goal for water (64 oz). I'm still really struggling with kicking the sugar to the curb. I'll keep at it though.
Menu:
B1: Isopure C&C protein shake w/ iced coffee
B2: half a cheese omelet
S: turkey breast
L: salad w/ roasted chicken from Whole Foods
S: more turkey breast, small apple
D: leftover Cajun cod & zucchini
Hope everyone had a good day!

I thought the striped dress was a winner and you should keep it in rotation
