Thought someone ought to get us started - there are probably two other people with the same idea doing this at same time that I am!!

So I'm easing back into life post-PS. I drove for the first time since surgery yesterday. Today I plan to go to my Russian history class and then over to my mom's to help her with some financial stuff. I also still have a few things to do for various organizations. Other than that....??? It'll be nice to spend a lot of time out of the house - I get cabin fever if I'm in here for more than a day or two.

QOTD: anyone have one? I can never think of these....

3 years 10 months out:

B: homemade coconut Greek yogurt with 1/3 mango, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake

L: 2-3 oz rotisserie chicken with zoodles

AS: light yogurt

D: turkey chili

ES: light yogurt

have a good day, all!

I have been MIA so I don't know what is going on... but I am kind of glad you are being forced to take a break. Our bodies need rest periodically...Hopefully will all work out quickly and you will come back stronger!

I'm not sure if I tore or strained something but I've been dealing with soreness/pain/tightness in my left leg that moves (I know, makes no sense) from glutes/hamstring/knee) and then my right foot started hurting-I think that is because I am favoring the other leg.
