5 Year Surgiversary
So yesterday marked 5 years since I had RNY, and I couldn't be happier with the decision to have WLS.
I went from 287 to 153 and have been maintaining +/-5 since about 2 years post op.
I know that would not be possible without the support here on OH, I don't post very often, but do make a point to read your posts on a regular basis, particularly the menu thread.
I am grateful!
Congrats on your surgiversary and on maintaining!
