Good morning,
I had a busy weekend, went to crafting day at my support group and had my friends granddaughters overnight. We went to the park yesterday and did get a walk on such a lovely day. Too much junk food this weekend but back on track today.
Qotd I like being outside especially near the water but I probably spend too much time inside due to living in apartment and not having patio or balcony to sit on.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D keto lasagna
Have a good day

Good morning~ Rob was sick all weekend so we didn't get out like we had planned but I as able to get a lot done which was nice. I was actually bored yesterday. I cannot for the life of me remember the last time that happened - even watching my shows bored me, I just wasn't into them. I've got a messed up headache/borderline migraine the headlights this morning were brutal. I hope I'm not getting sick.
QOTD - I love being outside, now. Pre op I was an indoor girl for sure. Now I love the sun and being active, hiking, going to the beach, gardening - just being out and about outside. Even just sitting on the patio in the sun is a treat now where before unless there was shade it just didn't happen.
Accountability - saltines happened, why? They are nothing special but I had about 10+ before I shut that down.

good morning everyone!
Its supposed to get up to 70 degrees here today and I AM SO HAPPY about it...I dressed myself in a ridiculous spring floral ensemble today and I love it.
The weekend was really nice, we spent Saturday mostly doing chores around the house, cleaning bathrooms and floors that don't get cleaned often enough and then we took story to ride her bike at the park while DH and I played around at the basketball court. I am terrible at basketball but I had a BBall hoop growing up and I used to like just messing around. it was pretty fun actually and we never got tired! I got in 10,000 steps which usually doesn't happen during the week.
Sunday it was kind of rainy, so Story and I did some indoor crafts and played legos and baked banana bread. It was nice and she was very happy to be engaged and have all my attention.
QOTD: I love being outside if the weather is nice. I do not like being outside in the cold, but in the summer, spring and fall I love going for walks/hikes/bike riding, swimming, and I love hanging out at our little neighborhood beach with story. I think I might want to try gardening this year a little...I'm thinking about looking for a simple beginners manual and starting easy LOL.
Morning: coffee w/1/3 Caramel PP, low carb banana bread, 1 kiwi fruit and 1/4c fresh raspberries
L: bacon ranch chicken meatballs & butternut squash zoodles
AS: L&F greek yogurt
D: Thai Peanut pork stir fry & miracle noodles
ES: light string cheese & chili lime cashews
Have a fabulous day my friends!

The surgical tape is off! He said the rash and itching should clear up in a day or so. The rest of my concerns ( angry looking arm scars) is just normal swelling and bruising, he said. Whew. I did have a lot of swelling from my last surgery in august, but no where near this much bruising. But at least i now know its normal!
Great news! I'm glad you are doing well!
