Today I'm not sure what we will do but it is SIL's last full week here in Florida, so I am deferring to her though it is hard to get her to take the initiative. Maybe the beach if there is enough breeze? Which of course leads to the QOTD:
QOTD: Outside, outside, outside especially near water (as Janet pointed out)!
Accountability: A little off but mostly okay on day 7 of being on the meal plan wagon. There was granola consumed when I couldn't sleep at 1:30 AM.
3 year post-op - post maintenance, trying to lose regain.
Always lots of coffee...
B: Eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: breakfast casserole or chicken depending on whether we go to the beach today.
D: Taco stuffed pepper or crab cake or burger with no bun (depends on if home or out for dinner)
S: cottage cheese

Good morning, everybody. I am heading to Los Angeles for work today but my flight will not leave until this afternoon, so I have a little bit of time this morning. I have an early meeting for a fundraising golf tournament at 7:30, so I had better get moving.
Saks Off Fifth had Hickey Freeman suits buy one get one free yesterday, so I was able to get suited up for the Derby and Oaks. I got one grey suit and one blue suit. Next weekend I need to get the pants hemmed and figure out where to get a hat. Marilyn is still ahead of me - she has her hats, dresses, and shoes, but I am catching up.
34 Burpees. Over the weekend we passed the 500 Burpee mark and now are at 595 Burpees to date if my math is correct.
QOTD: I love being outside in the summer.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Yogurt
Lunch: Leftover cod
Snack: Nuts
Dinner: TBD on plane
Have a great day, all.
