I don't assault it though, so I guess that autocorrect got me.

I could assault a filet mignon...especially If it had a blue cheese topping;-)

Hi everyone! Happy Saturday, my friends!
Lots has been going on here and I have been lax about posting, but I miss you guys and am going to make an effort to show up more often. It helps me to feel connected to all of you, my RnY kindred!
I am lucky in that at this point I don't really crave carbs except for those present in nuts, salad greens, plain nonfat Greek yogurt, and, very occasionally, tomatoes, blueberries, and blackberries. I actually can't even use the word "crave" to describe my appetite - it's more like I mildly think that something would be an okay thing to eat - tasty enough, but hardly an imperative. Nuts are a little more demanding of my attention than other foods, but even they don't matter much to me. It's flat-out amazing to me that I, the undisputed Ice Cream Queen (motto: "one more quart won't hurt") (who am I kidding? Make that "one more gallon... "), have developed such a take-it-or-leave-it approach to food!
My accountability has been good. Weight this morning: 124.4. I'm not trying to lose, just to maintain, and at 5'8" I don't want to get thinner - a miraculous statement if ever there was one! Holding steady is the goal.
First: two big mugs of coffee with Half and Half and SF, carb-free syrup.
B: ham, cheese, mixed greens, a few almonds
L: tuna
D: roast chicken, spring greens with baby spinach
Lots of water, tea, and probably another bit of coffee
All vitamins
Have a lovely day, my friends!
