I'm so happy for you Deb. I think I said at some point that I'd go sugar-free too. That lasted for a good few hours.
Having gone sugar free much earlier in life though I can vouch for just how hard this really is. Do you do artificial sweeteners? Or are you at absolute zero?
Either way is amazing. But I'm a die hard Deb fan since back with the toast so I pretty much think that whatever you're up to is good regardless.

It is amazing how much better you feel when you cut the refined sugar and carbs out. I have done it all my adult life, as I have been a on n off lowcarber. When you finally have something with sugar again it's like so sweet you almost can't take it. Anyways being diabetic now I made the decision to completely cut the sugar and refined carbs for good about 2 months before surgery. I made a promise to myself that if it's one thing above everything i can do..It's not have sugar/refined carbs for my diabetes. I do feel so much better. Keep it up Deb!
