Multi vitamin with no iron twice a day (200%)

proferrin brand iron twice a day

1500 calcium citrate split over 3 doses, taken away from the iron

sublingual b12 1 time a day

HW: 306 SW: 282 GW: 145 (reached 2/6/19) CW:150

Each iron is 10.5 and the b12 is 1000

If anything, calcium citrate has been shown to be SAFER for folks with kidney problems.

"The preferred calcium supplement for people at risk of stone formation is calcium citrate because it helps to increase urinary citrate excretion." (Source)

Just because you do not CURRENTLY have osteoperosis does not mean you are not at risk.
