Whats on your (Photo) Friday menu, RNYers?
Hello everyone
QOTD: We do celebrate our birthdays but nothing big. Maybe just going out to eat with a couple family members and a friend or two. This year for my wife's 50th she wanted to me to make a taco bar and ice cream sundae bar. I made up my taco seasoning and cooked up 5 lbs of lean taco meat and cut up all the fixins. We bought all the sundae toppings and a few different ice creams. It was a great time! I made up lettuce wraps for myself. When it was over all of the ice cream and toppings went home with friends and most of leftover meat did too. My wife made a couple of taco salads during the week with what we had left.
