Daisy, I'm so sorry to hear that Oliver had surgery. What did he have surgery for? Also sorry to hear about your continuing migraines. Darn, isn't there something the doctor can do for those?
QOTD: Nothing planned besides going to church.
Accountability: Not good. I have been over-eating lately.
B: 3 strips bacon, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana
L: church group at the Senior Center, so I don't know what they are serving there.
D: not sure yet, need to go to the grocery store

Good morning. Can't remember if I posted about my 100th ride Friday at the Peloton store. It was fun, but they gave me a dozen Nothing Bundt Cakes. Was cute, but had to offload those quickly ;) I had to pick a Tabata ride, man that was brutal. Accountability has been on and off. Purged even more over the last few days. Since I'm getting home late tonight due to a Group Fight Class, I planned my meals better. Rather than getting home late and eating crap. I brought an extra chicken burger to eat right before I leave work at 4:30. That way I'm done for the day. So nothing after I get home tonight. I need to stop the late night stuff, as the rest of my days have been perfect. Skin surgery in 3 weeks!
QOTD - No plans - Easter isn't my holiday and in the states most don't get that Friday off before, etc. The only change will be to eat at home since all the restaurants will be nuts around us.
PWO - half protein bar
Breakfast 1/2 cup oatmeal, tsp nut butter and hard boiled egg
S - Apple, tbs nut butter
L - 1/2 chicken burger, small salad
S - Fage 5 oz and 8 almonds
D - 1/2 chicken burger and slice of cheese

I guess they get those for all their events. I was searching back on their facebook page and it is prominent across the events. Personally, I could have gone for a Cinnabon afterwards ;) But they aren't thinking about weight loss, just something to celebrate that is simple and they don't have to keep it in their store. It's a pretty small space. But I agree, when I saw it - I just laughed.
