The strips tend to be the expensive part but I think I paid less than 20.00 for the device.

I did the same as Emiepie; I only test when im

nt feeling "right" so one pack of strips lasts forever.

No bueno - I hope you feel better, Jen! That happens to me too, although usually I can trace it to something. I may pick up a test kit now. I'm curious what my numbers are when that happens. Take care of yourself!

Aw, thank you! I got to goal, ran out that day to get my new drivers license (I had to get a new one because of the move and it was the first time ever I didn't lie about weight), promptly added back 5 lbs, lost them again and now I'm just stalled at goal. It's all good but it's not easy, lol.

Good morning, everybody. Daisy, its good to see you back and feeling better. Hopefully your pup is recovering.

My Blackhawks were officially eliminated from playoff contention last night. I will still go to the games tonight and Friday and then the season is over. It will be kind of a relief to be home each night.

29 Burpees today. About 3 minutes and 20 seconds to complete.

QOTD: Quite a lot actually! (its a relief because I have been weak on QOTD lately and I forgot to answer altogether yesterday) On Thursday I am taking my middle son out to Utah to look at college (and go fishing). We come back on Saturday and my oldest will be home for her Easter break, so we will have all of our children home for Sunday and Monday. My daughter turns 21 on Thursday so Marilyn is taking her out to a couple of the rooftop bars in downtown Chicago to celebrate. On Easter Day we are going out to brunch at a fish house. Also, Easter Day is my 53rd birthday.

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: Protein bar

Lunch: Steak

Snack: Light and Fit

Dinner: Sausage at hockey game

Have a great day, all.

WOW you have an awesome Easter weekend planned! How fun! What made your son decide to look at colleges in Utah? Is he a skier? I went to Utah once for a hiking trip and it was gorgeous.

He is a skier and doesn't want to go to a big party school. U of U is right in Salt Lake, so we will stay in Park City.
