A perfect start to a day of painting to see Daisy here! Sorry to hear about the migraine and the pup having surgery. Which pup and what was surgery for. Give then both a smooch from Miss Lily, who is snoring right beside me as I type. We are in our camper in Hillsboro Mo about an hour from our house working in the Methodist church. Lots of painting going on here! Accountability was good yesterday. No bedtime snack as I had one at break instead. Weight today is 124.6. Lily and I have made one lap around the church already and will do another before work and one at lunch time. After work she and I will walk to the city park all the way to the back and do the hiking trail which is about one mile up and down steep rocky hills and near and tbrough a creek and then back to the camper. The total distance should be about 3.2 miles at least. It's quite the workout too! QOTD we will be home for Easter and will go to church and then to the inlaws on Sunday. Heres the food for today B2/3 c earnest eats with protein hot cereal L 2/3 c chicken noodle soup D 4 oz salmon S will be popcorn at break. Goal today is at least 100 ounces of liquids. Yesterday I only hit 80 and I can tell today. Have a great day full of smart and conscious choices! Time for coffee!
Kisses to Miss Lily!

Morning Daisy! Happy to have you back and feeling better. How is Oliver doing, oh and Amy too?!
Had a very long day yesterday with 10 hours trying to catch up in the office then a heavy workout with my trainer followed by doing an hour of online training for a bariatric group. Lots of fun but I didn't get home until almost 9 after leaving before 5:30 in the morning...argh! It's going to be another long one today so lots of coffee to keep going.
QOTD: no real plans for Easter other than getting together with my family the week following and I have CPR/AED cert that Saturday. Hope to get in some Spring baking this weekend again to bring into the office.
Menu:
B: coffee, the cafeteria in the office has a lovely veg frittata this morning and I got a 2"x2" slab...yum!
S: Chomps
L: salad (either from Subway or Whole Foods)
s: turkey breast, apple
D: TJ's salmon patty, baby carrots
S: cottage cheese, berries
E: a walk in the sunshine at lunch!

Hi Daisy! Sorry to hear about Oliver and the continuing migranes; I whine if I get a headache, I am in awe of how well you function!
QOTD - just a normal weekend for us,no extra days; I might go see my dad and step mom that weekend though and I have two aunts and an uncle coming to stay for a week the following Wednesday so I know I'll be in "getting ready for visitors" mode.
Last night I woke up with a hypoglycemia issue, when I tested I was at 45 and so sweaty and fuzzy. Nothing I ate yesterday should have caused it so maybe it was timing; however, today I feel blech and shakey so my menu will be a little on the soft side.
Coffee X2, 1 with PP, 1 with 1/2 and 1/2 and then water/tea
B - cin raisin cottage cheese
L - L&F greek
D - scrambled egg with smoked gruyere
S - l&F greek
I also have a quark in the fridge at work in case I feel hungry.
Have a fantastic Wednesday!!

That's horrible Jen!
When you say you tested it, how did you do that. Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm having an episode and would love to know for sure.
