What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Haha!! A little goes a long way with the cortisone cream, especially using wet hands to spread if that makes sense. I wash my legs after I get home too. I never thought of bringing my own lotion (Aveeno also!), but the blue stuff they put in the water wrecks my skin too.
In my next life I want perfect, beautiful skin!!

Good morning! I was in the office by 530 which is going to be my schedule this week. It's a bit crazy but it works, lol!
qotd - I have up the news a few years ago, it makes me angry. I do read an aggregator magazine called The Week and when I pick upnon an interesting story via the ether (hallway conversations, twitter or Facebook), I will typically hit BBC news for details. I also listen to NPR if I don't have an audiobook for the car. I find I am amble to keep up on current events but control how/when I get them this way. Seems to be much better for my blood pressure.
menut today
coffee + water with a little tea thrown in.
b - hamburger casserole
l - 4 oz ever roast chicken, .6 oz gruyere
s - cin raisin cottage cheese
d - L&F greek and maybe some cheese
have a terrific Tuesday

Good morning,
Maybe my ear is on the mend, it doesn't feel as full today. Took the last of the steroids this morning and tomorrow the antibiotic will be done. I'll see how I feel tomorrow to see about calling the doctor back.
I have an appointment with my bariatric doctor today for med refill and check up. I really only had one binge episode this month. I'll take that as a win.
I had chocolate chip cookie last night at my support group.
Qotd I try to catch the evening news if I'm home after work. Sometimes on the weekends I'll catch the morning news. During the week, I like my quiet time in the morning so I don't turn the tv on. I'll watch the news at noon before I go to work. Also get the newspaper three times a week otherwise I have to go online for the other days. Do read online for the news if I haven't seen much of it.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D pork chop and mixed vegetables
Have a good day

I always told my local support group they'd get better attendance if they put out a nice spread.

There is always a management meeting before our support meeting in the conf room and they always leave food behind. Our nutritionist makes sure all the food is out of the room before we walk in but the smell of ham and beef sandwiches linger in the air. Especially the old smell when you know they brought in the sandwiches around noon but now at 6:00 pm all the cheese has melted and it's yuck.

At my post surgery meeting for newbies, they announced the regular support group meetings and that they were potluck. They were suggesting any foods on the diet they provided which of course included carbs - crackers, potatoes -you know. I knew right there it wasn't for me. But, honestly, it was only because of OH - otherwise I would have been clueless.
