good morning everyone!
The weekend was super nice and relaxing. I got the grocery shopping done, then we took Story to see the Easter bunny at the mall and I bought myself some SHOES! haha...I actually did really great I think...I love the shoe store at our mall...they have all kinds of name brand shoes marked down to insanely low prices. The sale on Saturday was 50% off any shoes priced ending in .97. I bought 4 pairs for about $55 and I got Story a pair of light up sneakers too.
Sunday I took her to see Dumbo, which was really cute, but she lost interest in it about 30 minutes in when she ran out of popcorn LOL...she hung in there but I ended up with her in my lap for half the movie.
QOTD: I just remember always trying to prank my parents when we were kids. One time my sister and brother and I freaked out my dad by waking him up in the morning frantically telling him that we spilled water on his computer keyboard and there were sparks flying everywhere. He was not amused hahaha.

Shoe shopping is fun! Glad you scored so many pairs. Whe never i hear about light-up sneakers, I think of the (true) story about a guy who robbed a convenience store at night. When the police came, he ran off into the adjacent field - wearing a pair of light-up sneakers! The criminal mind is not always the brightest!

Good morning everyone! Feeling so much better after a great weekend of relaxation and tons of house stuff. I think I may be getting my green thumb back. I was potting and transplanting indoor and outdoor plants like crazy. Of course a serious trip to the home depot garden center didn't hurt... Did a lot more house shopping too - curtains, decor, picture frames, and lots odds and ends. The house looks great and we are so happy.
QOTD - I've never been very good at jokes, practical or otherwise. Occasionally I will hear a of a fun clever prank, but most are not like that and make people look or feel stupid and I don't think that is funny.
Accountability - had an extra hungry/never got full day yesterday - it was weird - 2 extra yogurts, 2 handful of almonds and a 3 extra ounces of trip tip. Crazy and I feel fine today so far.
