Things are looking up, I only need to have a lumpectomy on my right breast. I have opted to have breast reduction surgery along with the lumpectomy so that I can have symmetrical breasts again. Currently almost a cup size difference between them. It is outpatient and both the surgeons the breast oncologist and plastic surgeon will work on me so it will only be one surgery. Waiting to have it scheduled, but it is a huge relief to know what is going to happen.
So now my food is back on track, I'm no longer drowning my anxiety in wine and I'm ready to face whatever comes. The scale finally moved I'm down 1.5 lbs. I'm eating protein forward and drinking more water.
Yesterday 848 calories 77 protein, 90 carbs and 20 fat. Not perfect but much better than I've been doing.
Work is still a pain, trying to deal with a person who is supposed to do work for me but I can't get him to do what I ask and he is always trying to make me look bad. Causing me no end of grief...
That's life! Have a great Monday everyone!

That is great news! You have to be so relieved and less stressed now that you know the plan.
