Good morning, everybody. This feels like a triple Monday. Its cold, its Monday, and vacation is over. We had a great week in Florida - I will post pictures on Friday. I have three Blackhawks games this week and then the season is over. Since I try to go to the gym five times a week that means that one day I have to get up early and go before work. That day is not today.
27 Burpees.

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Chicken
Snack: Jerky
Dinner: Sausage at the game

Mornin All!
Well every day gets easier and easier. This morning i got out of bed with no pain and was able to put on my binders and clothes all by myself! I have my first post op with the surgeon at 10:15, then we'll head back to wisconsin if he gives me the green light (which i can't imagine he wouldn't... i'm getting around much better at this point than i was after my LBL)
Not sure what the food is today since i'm not exactly sure when we'll get home , but we have lots of yogurt, protein shakes, turkey jerky, etc with us.
3 years 9 months out:
B: coffee with half and half, 1/2 c oatmeal topped with blueberries, greek yogurt, and 1 T mixed nuts
MS: protein shake
L: if we stop, something protein forward. If not, probably yogurt and hummus with 1/2 pita or some whole grain crackers
AS: protein shake
D: if we're home turkey chili. Otherwise, something protein forward
