Good morning! Happy Monday and happy April! It feels like the year just started so I can believe it's April already!
QOTD - best April Fools joke you've pulled or has pulled on you? I'm not good at coming up with them, but a few years ago my BFF sent me a link telling me that Firefly was being relaunched. I was so mad when it was an April fools joke!

I didn't sleep much last night (inspite is doing an aerial/guided meditation class!) so I'm already at 50+ oz water, coffee!

Good Morning and thank you for starting us off!
This weekend was a blur. Saturday was so incredibly nice we spent the entire day outside and it was lovely. The garden is now plowed and this Saturday we are going to the seed store - an all-day experience! I am so excited. Yesterday we spent the day with friends in PA on a train ride and then lunch.
QOTD: I am an elementary school teacher and the children trick me all day long - or so they think. Today I am actually being the trickster. I have an empty squeeze bottle of Duke mayo filled with vanilla yogurt. I am going to pull that baby out and hopefully gross them out (5th grade) by making it look like I am squeezing mayo in my mouth! LOL, hope it works.
TTS: 1 year and 3-months
B: overnight oats - oatmeal, Fairlife, and vanilla Greek yogurt
S: blackberries
L: 2 ounces Ever roast and 2 ounces Buffalo chicken roll-ups
S: mandarin orange
D: chicken cutlets (trying out the air fryer again) and sauteed spinach & onions
100+ ounces of fluids and all vitamins

2) you have to plow your garden with a tractor? that is awesome! I'm thinking I might plant some tomatoes in a container, lol.

I did it! I pranked the entire 5th grade. The looks I got and the gagging of several students made my day. LOL, they mostly thought I was nuts because... well, they are 5th graders.
Yes, we plow and then he uses the smaller tractor to smooth the dirt out then he fertilizes. This weekend we go to a 'seed store' in Lancaster, PA to pick out the seeds. DH grew up on a farm and we have an 80x80 garden. He is no joke about it. Picking out seeds is almost an all day job!

Good morning menu friends! Pretty day here in Hillsboro,Mo where we arrived last night for 3 weeks of painting and maintenance work at Hillsboro United Methodist Church.. Lily is excited already by all the new smells and the leaders have a full size collie --she doesn't quite no what to think of him. There is supposedly a park less that 1/2 mile away where we'll go to walk after dinner tonight and a nice big yard and grassy field for short walks throughout the day. Accountability yesterday was good because I was too busy to snack. Weight today is 125. Heres the food plan B2/3 c earnest eats hot cereal L 4 oz deli meat and cheese D not sure but either smoked sausage or pirk loin not sure is I'll have a bedtime snack or not--depends on how calories go througout the day. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices!

hi all
only 1/2 a day left for me at work as I'm sitting here- it is bittersweet so far. I ate too many calories yesterday. I'm going to stop saying I ate BAD. I flat out ate too many calories which will cause weight gain if I don't rein it back in- I did have an apple with cinnamon and almonds last night - then at 2 am when I couldn't sleep had 2 yasso bars and a kind bar. So an extra 450 calories i didn't need to eat. So not horrible but could have not eat ANYTHING and just laid down instead. sooooo- moving on.

rest is pretty open as I'm getting a massage and infrared sauna, gym, aldi, and I wanted to go to this nice new goodwill store down the road before I head back. OH and a phone interview at 3:30
