What's on your Friday menu,RNYers?
No shame in buying plants already started! With the flooding we've had, getting these in the ground at a reasonable time might be my issue.

QOTD: I am hoping to just relax a bit this weekend, maybe do some shopping, bring story to see the Easter bunny, and just chill with my little family. I might try to film a video at some point too...we shall see.
I just posted my first Blog and linked it on my facebook page, so I virtually just WLS "outed" myself to the world. I wasn't exactly hiding it before, and most of my close friends and family already know, but I wasn't shouting it to the world that I had surgery either...It's kind of liberating and kind of scary, but I feel good about it. If I want to be able to create useful content for other people to gain something from, I need to make sure I am open and up front. I am ready to start this new chapter!

Good morning blah... I felt better yesterday after having various stomach issue. Last night I had some rotisserie chicken that was incredibly soft and some sauteed spinach and it got stuck, like chest pains, feel like I'm gonna die stuck. I haven't had that happen since I can remember. I was miserable and a few hours later, I was throwing up. After that I slept so well and didn't wake up until the alarm. I came into work, but I'm so nauseated right now. Just gonna do a few things and go.
QOTD - It's supposed to be sunny and warm finally so, hiking and BBQ for sure, paint some furniture, who knows. I'm just happy about the beautiful weather.

I am so sorry you got your food 'stuck'...that IS so painful! I had my rny 2003 and my surgeon told me( if something got stuck) to take a swallow of mineral oil...he said it would either help it go down or help it come up...I've always hesitated to mention this because it usually makes me barf and I worry about choking...and I really hate barfing...does the word barfing date me???...feel better soon...take care

Thank you! I've heard of the oil remedy, but it sounds so gross and makes me want to barf just thinking about it! Barf/barfing is what we called it when I was a kid in the 70's & 80's!
