Happy Wednesday everyone!!
Accountability - better yesterday! I was pretty hungry in the middle of the day so I'm going to spend a bit of time moving meals around and seeing if timing helps. I switched the chicken breast from my menu dinner to a sausage link last night so higher calories for the day.
QOTD - So much easier to travel! In my behavioral change class, I remember one of the women saying that she was having the surgery so she wouldn't have to travel fat...and i really get behind that now.

Good morning,
Yesterday I had to be to work at 645 am and I didn't get out till 215 so I didn't get on here. I do have an ear infection and he thinks my ear drum perforated a little bit but he couldn't tell because it was so swollen in there. I'm having a hard time hearing out of it.
Good news, I went to the gym yesterday, first exercise I've gotten since July. My legs were feeling it and I can feel it a little bit today. I did get over 10100 steps yesterday which never happens.
Qotd being able to walk and do things. Not having to use a electric cart at the grocery store and parking in a handicapped spot.

good morning everyone!
I picked out an outfit last night and put it on this morning and realized that my blazer was about 2-3 sizes too big...Since I've been posting fashion tips and photos on social media I decided to make the best of it and accessorize to "fix" it with a belt...the only belt I had that matched remotely was a super bright red one with a big bow on the front which is kind of weird...but DH was awake when I was getting dressed and he said he liked it so I went with it haha. I felt a little self conscious at first but I am owning it now, I'll post a pic and you guys can let me know what you think. DH and Story told me "it's a little bit cool, a little bit weird" which kind of sums up my personality anyway!
QOTD: I know it sounds totally superficial but my #1 favorite thing is the CLOTHES! I love fashion, always have, and it is exhillerating to be able to try on anything in any store that I want. sure, it doesn't always look good but very few people can actually wear ANYTHING they want...and I love the challenge of making something work.
Of course I love all the other health and general societal benefits too, but right now I am feeling the fashion!

QOTD: you and Lily are always an inspiration. I agree with more energy and just in general being able to do things.
Can I whine a moment? I am in an acid flare-up cycle that doesn't want to end. I am living in an alternate universe where I cannot- I mean cannot drink coffee and I am starving in the morning. Even an afternoon cup is iffy #teamnocoffee

- everything bagel flatout fold-it bread w/lox, yogurt cream cheese, tomato and red onion aka 'bagel all the way' the flatout bread was a good substitute.
- chicken salad made with Greek yogurt, veggie tbd
- shrimp over salad w/avocado and mango
