Good morning menu peeps - No I didn't jinx my day or workload yesterday, thankfully. It's nice not being under the gun with deadlines, but also a bit boring and makes the day go by much slower... Next week is a busy one so I guess I should just enjoy the break. The weather was so nice Sunday and yesterday - SUNNY and warm. Today is cloudy cool, tomorrow is rainy cold. Bring back the sun!
QOTD - Ideally - I would take all the gym classes that I can't get to due to my schedule, swim and hike everyday. I'd also binge watch shows I never have time for.
Accountability - angel status

Hi everyone,
I don't post much but here I am trying to give myself some accountability after throwing all the rules out the window for vacation. I am one year out tomorrow and have followed the rules to a tee until Antigua happened. Needless to say after several girly drinks a day and not to mention the yummy food, I was up 6 pounds. I lost it within a week but now am having a hard time staying on track. So here I am.
A week off with no vacation plans I would probably do way too much work around the house. Paint, redecorate etc. Exercise more. Not as fun as vacation lol
Breakfast: Quest bar (have to get rid of these)
Lunch: ham, cheese and pickle roll ups
Dinner: Home made pasta sauce and zoodles
Trying to stay under 700 calories and 35 carbs. Would prefer to be under 20 but I am working myself up to that.
Have a great day!

QOTD- I would spend the time going through my garage and what doesn't go to Goodwill goes to the dump. I'd also finally finish painting the living room and kitchen. I hired a guy right before my surgery, he only got about halfway done and I've never seen him since. Total waste of money, the reason I hired someone is I didn't want to do it myself, but I will get it done.
Accountability was awful yesterday, and for the last few days I've been dealing with constipation. I know I haven't been drinking enough water and that adds to the problem. Will try to drink more water today and make better choices.
Have a great day everyone!
