Good morning. Things are going well. Accountability - still improving but not perfect. Weight is holding steady at 2 pounds over my low. Still want those off before surgery in 4 weeks. So I have motivation to generate the momentum. I'm also interested in a Sonos speaker and would like to incentivize myself with that. When I get below the low end of the range - then I'll buy it. Would like to do that before I'm housebound for a couple weeks.

QOTD - funny on my way out of work Friday I thought back to the days at how hard it was for me to enter and exit my office building. I would have to stop 5 times and would be sweating and breathing heavy. People would stop and ask if I needed assistance - every morning. It was bad. Keep in mind - it takes me now about 1 minute to exit or enter today. I remember that one of my most important stops was a conference room right after I would exit the elevator. If it was occupied - I remember standing and holding the wall in terrible pain/spasms in my back. So my strength is stamina and a stronger back that can support itself. I do thank god every time I finish one of my hard workouts for giving me the strength and opportunity to do this surgery and allowing me to focus on using the tool.

PWO - 1/3 of a protein bar

B - 1.5 eggs, pulled chicken 2 oz and a few tbs of leftover turkey chili as salsa

L - Turkey meatloaf, small salad, pear

S - apple, berries 4, small piece of cheese

D - Small salad, Chicken

S - SF popsicle

I'm schedule to ride my 100th ride on the Peloton on Friday. Doing that at the store I purchased the bike. They invited me to do that, so it sounded different and fun. The sales guy is going to join me on the ride. Did my 97th ride this morning, with 98 tomorrow and 99 Wednesday - I'll do Jacobs ladder at the gym Thursday so my legs are fresh for Friday.

HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)
