What's on your Saturday menu, RNYers?

Good morning! Today is supposed to be a very busy day but I'm feeling more couchy than productive. I need to get my rear in gear and in the shower and not waste the day. Rob went to get donuts this morning. I really don't care about them, never have but he asked me if I wanted one and for once, I actually DID want one! But of course I didn't have one but now I can't stop thinking about evil donuts!
Accountability was great - the fro yo I made last night in the ice cream maker was fantastic - like crazy good for 68 calories and 12 grams of pro and only 4 carbs. Fage greek 0% with splenda, vanilla and fresh strawberry puree mixed in. I have 3 more servings in the freezer and will see how that works out since it is frozen solid. maybe nuke it for 30 seconds or let it sit out. It tasted so good, way better than L&F frozen or all the protein ice cream I made before. I have all sorts of flavors in mind now.

Better than L&F frozen? That's been my go-to manna since you told me about it but now I can see I will have to follow you down the new path:-)

It's turning into a rabbit hole, haha! The ease of throwing a pre-portioned L&F in the freezer is a beautiful thing. Hauling out the ice cream maker and mixing/making this is a whole nutha' level of commitment! But I think it's worth it - so friggin good - now and then. Enjoy!

Happy Saturday everyone - I need to get back into the routine of posting and reviewing; I love the accountability and the good ideas I get here!
I did two pilates classes this morning, an easy level 1 and then a new class called control that was a 1.5....I was about to have one of my classes expire so I thought I'd do them both. Pretty sure I won't be able to brush my hair tomorrow after all the arm work. I'm headed to meet my BFF for catch up coffee and pedicures this afternoon, yay!
B - cin-raisin cottage cheese
L - 4 oz deli roast chicken
S - protein crunch bar
D - hatch green chile sausage link (I think)
S - L&F greek, frozen
