Seriously, Rob and Kris are twins. Kris is totally football obsessed but in the six months without football, he naturally turns to watching NCAA basketball, NBA basketball once it's Finals time, and even sometimes golf! I swear, between the sports talk shows that are on in the background all damn day, and the actual sports, he's like an idiot savant of sports knowledge!

YES! Especially football!! Rob goes into a mini depression after the Superbowl! Seriously though he will watch any sport - he gets excited about bowling and horse racing even, lol. And the sports talk shows (TV and radio) 24/7!

Rob just texted me that he filled in 'our' brackets for the office pool, haha...

Thankfully Kris hasn't gotten into bowling and horse racing, but he also falls into a depression after the SuperBowl. He's like "no football until September".

The funny thing is - he listens to FS1 and ESPN talking heads all day all day all day...and then makes fun of my shows on Bravo! I am like "it is no less weird to watch the women of Beverly Hills argue than it is to watch a bunch of dudes pontificate on what free agent "might" be picked up!" lol.

Marilyn is a pretty big sports fan herself (and the tennis is all her), but where she draws the line is the draft. Do Kris and Rob watch the NFL Draft?

And i readily admit that sports talk television/radio is two idiots separated by 48 inches of laminated particleboard.

Ha! Kris does watch the draft but not avidly. Now, with social media, he spends just as much time checking out what the LA Rams and Michigan football teams put out on Twitter, Facebook, etc. He watches a ton of idiots behind laminated particleboard. Some of them are mildly interesting, but the one I actually really enjoy is Pardon The Interruption. I think the two hosts have an awesome relationship and I find them so funny and interesting. Stephen A, Colin Cowherd...the rest of the guys, I could take 'em or leave 'em!

ETA: Don't forget about the beautiful woman who is on the shows with the men and the particleboard. There is always some vixen as the third wheel, to do the intro or the segue to the commercials...

Yes! Rob loves the draft - anything football he gets excited about. I'd say I'm with Marilyn on that subject!

OK I too am sad when football ends, but have filled the void with the new Alliance of American Football. The AAF has a lot of good people, and moves faster than the NFL with less commercials. In the NFL I really only watch my team, and usually skip the Super Bowl if they aren't in it. I don't listen or watch any sports talk shows. Don't you hate the obligatory bimbettes? Must be an airhead and voluptuous.
