Heres food for today B2/3 c earnest eats pro hot cereal L 2/3 c white chicken chili D seafood stuffed bell pepper S serving pork rinds with 1 T salsa. Goal is 100 ounces of fluids too which I barely hit yesterday. I get busy at work and it always seems to be a struggle to remember to drink. QOTD nothing hete--feel free to add one. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone! Later!

Good Morning Karen and Menuers,

Happy Friday Eve!

It's been a busy few days but things are starting to calm down. Tuesday we officially adopted Max so he has been the center of my world. He is finally settling in and doesn't seem as stressed. Yesterday, DH left for Vegas for a work conference. He will be gone until Tuesday. This is the first time we have been apart since being married and it just feels weird.

Accountability: Food choices have been good and still getting at least 110 ounces of fluids a day

TSS: 1 year 2 months weight 161

B: PP chocolate shake and 1/4 blackberries

S: spinach artichoke dip with naan dippers

L: turkey breast lunchmeat on a small salad

D: baked chicken thighs with oven roasted veggies

10,000+ steps and all vitamins

Have a great Thursday!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Good morning. I'm up early to do my NCAA bracket. I have to admit that I've only watched one game all year and at this point, I'm just guessing names. I picked Kentucky because they won the one game I watched. At least I won't feel badly when I lose. I named my team 2 Day distraction, because that is all that I need right now is two days to not think about how close I am to Spring Break.

I have kind of a crazy schedule today. First I have to drive south of the city to go to a client meeting and then I have to come back to where I started from in order to go to a quick dentist appointment. Then I have to go back to the south suburbs to go to a dermatology appointment. Then I have hockey tonight, which is in the city. Also, I would like to try and get a gym trip in. With that, I won't have much time to watch any of the basketball games other than between periods at the hockey game or maybe at the gym.

QOTD: Did anybody do an NCAA pool? Who did you pick? Will you watch any of the games today?

16 Burpees

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: Protein bar

Lunch: Chicken

Snack: Light and fit

Dinner: Hot dog

Have a great day, all.

I'm in a pool with my husband and have three separate brackets all from various randomized methods of choosing. I think I used one "expert" pick.

The winners are Virginia and Duke among the three. I work for Carolina, so I have to be rooting for the Tarheels and mostly caring that Duke doesn't win. I never watched basketball before I was here, but I've watched the Duke vs UNC games in the last month and a few others.
