QOTD: I'm so glad that Spring is finally coming! It has been a brutal Winter! I am looking forward to walking my dogs. I am hoping they offer a Dog Obedience class this Spring. I would like to take Sophie since she does not walk well on a leash and needs to learn. I would like to be able to take both Sophie and Blossom for a walk together and maybe even Tippy, too, if she wants to come.
Accountability: Terrible. Saralisa cooked biscuits & gravy and tater tot casserole for us yesterday and both of those had high calories.
B: bacon, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana
L: 170 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: tater tot casserole.
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

Good morning! Yesterday was strange... I felt so off and had swiss cheese brain. I am normally so sharp compared, it was weird. I'm not sleeping well lately. I think it's due to having Jess home, light, sounds, the temp changes and a million things on my mind. Anxiety, ugh I hate it... BUT, I'm going to the gym today, so hopefully that will help.
QOTD - I am looking forward to hiking!! All this rain has saturated our trails and they are overgrown with brush/weeds. After our rainy season officially stops, I am looking forward to the dry trails that are clear of brush/weeds that hide snakes and other critters that FREAK ME OUT!! In the meantime, I will hike clear packed dirt roads or paved paths.
Accountability - I found a protein bar in the drawer. I ate it. And pork rinds, I threw the rest in the trash.

Good afternoon,
The last two days have been busy. I had to be a work early yesterday. I did laundry and took my friend to the doctor today. At least my job called and said not to come till 1 pm. I have a little time to myself.
Yesterday I had cottage cheese and pineapple at work, chili dog and a small piece of cake at support group. 300 calories over for the day.
Qotd looking forward to the sunshine and warmth, getting out and walking and biking, going to the beach and my trip in July.
