How's your MEMORY post RNY?

Seconding this. When my iron is very low, I become very forgetful and definitely experience cognitive problems.

I have these problems and I have had my labs done and everything is in line. I tell all of my doctors but none seem concerned. I don't have an answer but I do experience it. So at least there is one other person out here that does not think your crazy.

Please, please, please do NOT take your doctor or nurse's assurances that your levels are "in line" as proof that your brain function is safe. Too often they think a B12 of 200 or Ferritin of 10 are ok, when they very much are not!
You should have these levels at your fingertips when someone asks you.
