This scene is so beautiful that I want to share with you.

I hope better days.

Accepting ourselves and our body is hard in this journey, constantly changes.

Sounds like you have a husband who loves and supports you.

Accepting is hard.

I'm so glad you've chosen to be active here as a part of dealing with your concerns. You couldn't ask for a better group of people. I promise.

Your husband is a keeper. Keep that in mind for days when he does something stupid. Because we do that and they do that.

I believe there are quite a few of us here (myself included) with advanced degrees. But a fancy diploma is no immunity from struggles with weight and body acceptance.

Derby,

Thanks for sharing this mensage e others resources.

I think I was not rational enough to do RNY instead of VSG like you.

There are good reasons to choose both surgeries; it really depends on your medical situation. Rationality doesn't have much to do with it, I think :)

I have a masters and three undergrad degrees. I chose to have the RNY, and have absolutely no regrets.
