Good news on the skin/fat snafu. Will you still consult with a physician, not just the Dexa technician, about your overall health? I know you feel strong and healthy and I am so happy you are even looking into some yoga and Pilates class. I can see you doing them being tall and lean. I have always been intimidated by those classes because I feel like I don't have the willowy body to be in the class.

I am definitely consulting with my doc about this, hopefully tomorrow. The tech was just guesstimating about this, but evidently there isn't a way to distinguish exactly, so it'll continue to be a somewhat uncertain number. But he was thrilled that my level of visceral fat was 0.06, so that's something positive, I guess. Anyway I definitely will follow through not just with the tech and nutritionist, but with Dr. Billy, as well.
I took a (emphatically singular) Pilates class when I lived in Dallas. I do know what in the world I based my decision on, but I signed up for intermediate Pilates. My performance there redefined the word "pathetic"! I was hopelessly outclassed, and never went back. I won't make that mistake again - baby steps, baby steps!
I think you are absolutely gorgeous, and you would fit right in with any of these classes. I wish we lived close by one another, we could take Pilates and yoga classes together, and show all those willowy ballerina types how it's done - or die laughing, either way!
