Did you guys know it isn't Friday yet? Seriously. How is that even possible? I'm working on this knitting project that I'm OBSESSED with and all I want to do is sit at home and fini**** so I can see the finished product! WHHHHHY does work have to get in the way of my knitting time? If I could figure out a way to be a professional knitter, I would do it in a heartbeat.
QOTD: My 5 and 7 year old nieces love all the old musicals like Mary Poppins, Grease, Bye Bye Birdie, etc, so I've been watching with them recently - so fun! And it cracks me up when the 5 year old preforms Grease numbers!
TSS: in 5 days it will be 5 years!
B: coffee and egg cups
S: cottage cheese
L: Ever Roast chicken and string cheese
S: apple and almonds
D: TJ's chili lime burger
I'm still feeling tired, which I'm blaming on the IVF, even though I'm not on any drugs right now. It's putting a damper on my will to exercise. Must. Power. Through. Luckily my obsessive knitting is making my Apple Watch think I walk a ton

You and me both. When you figure out how to earn a living wage from knitting/crocheting let me know. What's your project?

This picture doesn't do the coolness of this object justice, but I'm just learning brioche and am making Brioche Ponchology!
I actually ended up ripping this entire thing out and starting again because I decided it was too big. I've now re-knit it a size smaller and it's much better. I'll probably fini**** tonight or tomorrow.

I had to google it, had never heard of it. Wow! Such a cool poncho. Looks complicated but so gorgeous! Please share the finish product.

Last year I took a "technique" class at a LYS. Each week we learned a different more advanced technique like intarsia, brioche, etc. I really liked brioche, but didn't do a full project or anything. Fast forward to this year and I'm hosting a crafting group at the library. One of the ladies is working on a beautiful two-color brioche scarf and it inspired me!
I saw this poncho on the main page of Ravelry and couldn't resist! Can't wait to see how my color combo comes together, will definitely post finished product pictures.
