What is on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?

Hey menu makers, how are you all? I am okay. I have a nasty migraine and two sick dogs at home, vomiting & diarrhea and one of them is majorly lethargic & is having issues walking. If they have not improved in a few hours its a trip to the Vet. Its so hard with animals, they can't tell you what is wrong.
Accountability: I substituted chili for dinner last night, otherwise on track
QOTD: What old movie have you watched recently? Two nights ago the original Mary Poppins with Julie Andrews & Dick Van Dyke. I got suck a kick out of it, and the "I love to Laugh" song/scene where they are all laughing up at the ceiling brought back many fond childhood memories.

Thank you all again for your warm welcome back!

Good morning Daisy and menu friends! Rainy day today in Illinois so not sure how much exercise will happen here except steps at work. If we do get any breaks though,Lily and I will be out there walking.! Accountability was good yesterday but I did change my dinner plans and 1/2 c lasagna and a small lettuce salad with vinagrette dressing instead of the planned soup. Because calories were more I dropped my usual bedtime snack to stay iin range. Weight today was 124.6. QOTD we were bored with TV the other night and watched Billy Jack. It had been forever since I'd seen it! Here's the food plan for today B 2/3 c earnest eats protein cereal L 2/3 c cheesy broccoli soup D tonight is half price sushi at a local restaurant so while hubby gets his sushi fix,I'll have 1/2 of a california omelet S serving pork rinds with 1 T salsa. Goal today is at least 100 ounces of fluids which I did manage to meet yesterday by drinking a bunch in the morning before work. Have a great day all and make smart and conscious choices everyone! Time for COFFEE!

Hi Daisy and Menuers,
Yesterday was a better day. No stress eating although I wanted to so I busied my mind and moved onward.
QOTD (today) I love to watch Steel Magnolias. I love it so much I know most of the lines in the movies.
QOTD (yesterday) Because I was in such a funk I forgot to answer it. My centers post-op care is less than desirable. There is a mediocre support group once a month but it has yet to be helpful and there is a monthly walk at a mall (in the winter) that is about 45 minutes away. I feel like I had surgery and was well educated to meet the insurance requirements and then let go like a hot potato.
Accountability: I didn't make the meatballs yesterday and DH and I had to run out after work. We were going to grab a bite out but neither of us was hungry so when we got home we had ham and cheese roll-ups. That is real progress for us!
TSS: 1 year and 2 months weight 162
B: PP chocolate shake with vitamins and then a hardboiled egg
L: leftover pork chop and baked squash
D: sausage with peppers and onions
120+ liquids and all vitamins
Make it a great day full of smart choices!

One of my friends watched Steel Magnolias for the first time last month. She also hasn't seen Fried Green Tomatoes so now we have to get her caught up on that!

hi all
i worked in office yesterday, went to costco for gas after work, then aldi for some splenda, eggs and almond milk and a few other things. debated with myself on going to gym and I'm always glad after. lifted weights and came home. DH was working late. generally food went pretty well. Coworker and I went to Jason's deli and I got a salad bar with egg whites, bacon bits, artichokes, mushrooms, cucumbers. it was yummy but low on protein so had to make that up later in evening. I also noticed it stirs up my non gallbladder to eat more raw foods so was a bit icky.
QOTD: i haven't seen a movie in forever.... I have been watching ozark though.
Leaving at some point to go to the post office to send a package to the UK, my coworker had her baby and I went to gymboree since they are closing down and bought her a TON of stuff for $20 and will ship it.
food for today:
pickens are getting a little slim...
coffee
water
prot pancakes
lunch meat packet
coffee
water
guess i need to cook some food in freezer?
Ozark is a great show!! Love it!
