G'morning menu peeps!

Hope Daisy is good and not going through a migraine bout.

Relaxing weekend, not much happening with all the rain we've been getting. Puppy classes have been cancelled for the last 3-4 weeks and Luna is showing it. All of a sudden she thinks she is the boss of the house. Gotta crack the virtual whip to get her under control. She is very good on leash but at home she thinks she can do whatever she wants.

QOTD: yes, in CA we have DST and it's hard the first week or so waking up in the dark but love the light outside in the evening. So we just roll with it. HI doesn't change time and it always throws me for a loop because I have to calculate if they are three or two hours behind CA when I make the calls.

My meals for the day:

  • TONS of coffee and tea
  • Eggwich
  • Turkey meatballs (yesterday in cleaning out the freezer I found out I have FOUR bags of turkey meatballs. Obviously I kept buying them - so for the forceable future I'll be having turkey meatballs.)
  • Chicken skewers
  • Yogurt & parm cheese

Have a great Mon, everyone.

I have several packages of meatballs I need to cook up too. I am thinking party meatballs in the crockpot sometime this week.

Good morning everyone. I am slow moving this morning. My husband is out of town this week for work. I don't sleep well when he isn't home. It's going to be a busy week for me, which is good!

QOTD- Yes, Washington state participates. I am not a fan. I seem to have a harder time in the fall with falling back than springing forward. I think we have seen the last of the snow. Things are starting to melt and it is supposed to be 47 today with sunshine!!!

Food for today

1 c. black coffee. I am finding that coffee just isn't sitting well in my stomach. So, I have been switching to tea after a cup or two.

5 oz hamburger patty with grilled onions and 1 slice of swiss ( I woke up craving beef this morning)

Just 2 yogurt with 5 frozen raspberries

5 oz shredded chicken with 1 c. lettuce and pico

5 oz shredded chicken with 1 c. lettuce and pico

Lots of water and hot tea, vitamins always. Hoping to get out for a walk today with Josie after I get back from my errands this morning.

I am hoping we have had our last snow as well. This week is upper 40s-60s during the day. Mayland weather in spring is such a rollercoaster!

Good Morning! Wow, the weekend flew by! We did tons of running around this weekend in search of a dress for Emily for an awards thing she has tonight. She (and her friends) decided Friday that they did want to go-lol that is how it works with a teenage girl...and all of her dresses were too short. We also had to have the flooring guy finish up the bathroom floor so it was a whirlwind of a weekend!

QOTD: Yes! I know we voted on doing away with it but I think it needs further approval to actually happen.

They are pretty good. I like them slightly warm and either make a deli meat roll up or like today spread soft cheese on them. There are 6 in the package I buy so two as part of my snack works because I think they only last 5 or 7 days in the fridge once open.

I always love your menu. It seems so colorful and full of good eats. I am so boring.
